She looks same, and her side ponytail is there. She has shorter hair though. New haircut?

Hey figure isn't there. The hair is too short. Her wings to body ratio is too high to be Flan, the mother of Mikoto and the twins. She's also too short. It's either well before Kancolle, in which case she's in Nagato Strike Range, or it's another alternate universe like where Saki came from.
