Gave a try at translating the missing bubble in panel 2 with just the sound and a dictionary but I'm not confident of it at all. Couldn't determine the action, the kanji seemed to mean either bluntly/frankly or suggestive/lewd so I went with the context and used stare+bluntly. Also, used uneasy to express the "omoi"/heavy word but I'm not really acquainted with the variable meanings, hope I'm not wrong about it. Feel free to correct it.
