By the awful red paint scheme, I'd guess it's the brokenly overpowered I-301 Russian aircraft, a derivative of the LaGGs I believe.

The other brokenly overpowered Yak-3 variant also has that red paint scheme. Considering the tier, I would say its most likely Yak-3 here.

Oh and, this is based on the Poland map, but is it enough to tag it?

I know other locations have tags of their own, but I don't now if it being based on the map alone is enough to tag it as Poland.

Nope, it's a yak-3.
The i-301 has it's canopy's back flushed to the airframe whilst the yak-3 has a teardrop canopy
