It's an option which you can turn on by clicking "Edit" on a post.

StuG III already doesn't carry enough ammo without leaving some of what little you can carry at home. :)

In this specific case, probably on loader

I'm pretty sure Erwin can dry her coat on the StuG's gun. Yes it's low relative for an armored fighting vehicle, but it's still a few feet off the ground.
