Kogasa's been in the store before, being "merchandise" (post #1444046). But she comes and goes as she pleases, so she's not really... it was hot and sunny last time, too, so maybe she's just using it as an excuse to get out of the sun.

Well we still needs to get the translation for that 3rd panel too.

Yeah, I translated what I could, but I'm not confident in it, and just couldn't figure out the 2nd line of 3rd panel at all. It's something about 'if someone bought her [...] but no one ever does.' Then I can't tell if Marisa's saying that such things are 'not common' or 'not good' in the last panel, as it's the same in Japanese.

He appears to be (purposely?) misusing the kanji 貰 (mora(u)) by attaching the hiragana け to imply a pronunciation of the related 頂 (itada(ku)).

...why does this still tag as partially_translated?

It looks fully translated to me.
