I thought you could only get one U-511 (you can see I clearly don't play Kantai, the lottery timing is too hard for me).

U-511 was a reward for Winter 2015, but also became a drop in E-6 Final Boss node this current event, which led to some players either obtaining like 4 to 5 U-511 due to sheer luck or hard farming mostly because of Roma, or just a 2nd copy due to bad luck, or being unable to obtain one at all yet (3 days left till event ends)

As for your Lottery, just ask Himeuta Forums to do it for you. It's faster that way than trying yourself. They practically guarantee your Lottery win thanks to their long experience in winning nearly every lottery for people who request help from them. I had their help when I needed to do the lottery also. Same goes for some of my other friends :)

Now the current event map E-6 drops U-511, so you can get more U-511. But she is rare, so I'm not planing to get a second one.

yeah, like me.... so bitter, still not even finish farming E4 yet, ..... not mention Unryuu, don;t even mention about E6 farming
