I thought the cup was a Wailmer, seeing as it doesn't have the double fins that a Wailord would. I could definitely see it swinging either way, though.

Indeed, soon after sending my previous comment I realized that the Wailmer tag probably were referring about the "Wailmer Pail" (the watering can), in this case, it was right, tagging again. Sorry about that X~X.
