P.S. What was his policy on KKHTA comments, titles, and fan-art? He doesn't want any KKHTA stuff outside the main videos?
Also the Nico page about fanart policy doesn't tell me #@!$.
From what I can tell, the policy is so people don't mention something traumatizing while in irrelevant videos, or where there's completely no reason to mention it, but people refer to the series whenever Koishi is just there. I think he says other videos shouldn't have the KKHTA tag so it won't confuse people between the main series and fan videos.
Still, that's the best I can do, since I can't read the original japanese message.
