I'd say that's definitely it, and it should definitely get pool/tags - however, it's a bit confusing whether anyan's the original artist, or the translator, as claimed by the scanlation.
anyan_(jooho) is the original artist; the series has been Korean-English hard translated by a couple of different groups. ([1], [2], and as of yesterday with chapter 29, [3] according to Batoto.)
