It's unfortunate her head looks like it's been severely dented, as I'm always a fan of tons of fluff.

Appeal says "I doubt it was looked by a single janitor," yet a Moderator (me) commented on it 2.3 days before it was deleted and at that time 5 other approvers had manually hidden it from their modqueue views. No post goes completely unseen unless it somehow falls under the blacklisted tags of an extreme majority of approvers, which is nearly impossible.

While that has nothing to do with this image "[not being] looked by a single janitor," I'd have been fine with that being deleted as it was a simple comic-style sketch; I spent a while mulling whether it was worthwhile in my head before uploading it and decided to give it a shot. You have the tools to get it past NooU if you don't think it belongs here.

This image is presented as a finished portrait-style drawing, and the face is distorted. The artist is close, a bit more practice and refinement and I'm sure their works will be great.
