Still... I'm guessing long haired chunni(?) Admibro was only seen by Ooi and even if she protests, he DOES have old scars to prove he's a legit field officer as shown in the 2koma when his clothes were ripped off due to the introduction of "the hammer" despite having long hair.

speaking of Admibro, I don't think he's still part of the command officers but is currently equivalent to either Captain or Major in the Navy.
