It's pretty expectable, Hamakaze along with Urakaze might out shine Oboro for obvious reasons. But it doesn't mean Oboro will not be notice totally.

It takes time for attention to gather enough for one character/series/song/etc. And I can hardly say, the time Oboro had her summer CG wasn't long enough for a not so well know character to make a difference. That's clearly why she was chosen for festival CG too. Or so I assume.
Well, I think Hama and Ura is overrated. Oboro looks much better.
Not even good as a joke, man. Her current, non-seasonal, art is literally ugly, the new ones make her look better, but it's still a long way from even getting near Hamakaze and Urakaze.
