Squirrel Girl has powers that equal those of the Living Tribunal (which dwarfs the infinity gauntlet, Galactus, etc). That and she is fashionable.

don't forget her other defeats are the following: Dr. Doom (and not a robodoom), galactus, deadpool, Fing Fang Foom, Terrax, and M.O.D.O.K.....how.....just know she is very powerful
