It's the Ringwraith again, with his tiny companion. It's been a while. I like how the girl's clothes got better. She was wearing nothing but a coarse piece of rag and was going shoeless in the beginning.

I came across a manga called Somali to Mori no Kami-sama and this came to mind immediately not necessarily this pic but this artist. Pic helps to though
