The white hat and sundress makes me think Luize. However it could be one of the other blonds in the series. My guess for the one next to her would be Yuki.

Hat seems more like the girl on the cover of DiPP that doesn't have a tag. The other girl's hair seems too long to be Luize but there isn't another character that has a similar hat except for Marie from Seihou.
