This is a reference to the Warsman-Pentagon match during the 21st Choujin Olympics where the former ripped the wings off the latter. Obviously, Sagume is just going to be down one wing after this.

Even if it's not a reference to something, it should be obvious that the artist is trying to come up with an explanation for why she only has one wing.
