I doubt the pun here is translatable. Minako should've said "gather ye rosebuds while ye may", but she said completely different thing, roughly "life is short, climb waterfall like a carp!"
I did not said "from a long time"! Here she said "Mukashi"I said, "Life is short, carp climbing waterfalls!" And here she said "Mijikashi", and also misused old saying. See comments.
