Unless we have something we can really determine that it's him, I don't think that tag is necessary. No, a glass of beer is not proof.

The rule of this site is to tag what you see, not what is mentioned in commentaries. Suppose the artist says Wriggle is inside one of the buildings, you cannot tag her simply because she got mentioned, but only if she appears. Similarly, you cannot tag a character based on a small body part that cannot be clearly identified with him/her.
