It is very cute, but the one thing I would say is that the hair is done wrong - I only recognised it as Makoto 'cause of the clothes rather than the face/hair.
I gather from the tags that this isn't meant to be Makoto herself, but rather a character called Ogiue, from an anime called Genshiken, 'cosplaying' as her.
