Use Pools. Create a Pool for the title of this particular doujin. Tag each post with the title of the doujin. Then, Import all those posts with that tag into your Pool. Then, Order them within the Pool.
Make the pool public if you don't mind other people changing it. Make it private if only you want to control it. Since it seems to be ongoing, you might as well make it public. The title appears to be:
