    1: Various posts in this series (starting at post #2144529 and especially common at this point) are not completely translated.
    2: There's no need to leave blank spaces between the HTML tags and the text contained in those tags when writing notes. That increases the loading times and memory usage, which might be insignificant to computer users but problematic for tablet and smartphone browsers.
    3: For some reason, the notes on this page display their text on top of the original image even when I don't mouse over them. That's not normal, but what causes it? I don't see any particular tags or text in the notes themselves to explain it.

    This is special type of notes, called the "embedded notes". They've been around for a while, but didn't used that often for a various reasons.
