Whats the appeal in taking a beautiful girl, amputating and dissecting her, and then turning her into a freakshow?

nah, the artist is just trying too hard without actually understanding the aesthetic the official artists use. Then you have artists like Torinitea or Siirakannu that make this artist look childish and eye-roll worthy
