Yes, if multiple people think it's something that shouldn't be here than it can be flagged multiple times.

This artist is well known on Danbooru for his style and pretty much ALL one thousand of his arts are of this exact level of quality, if not lower

This guy is only "well known" because people keep forcing his low quality art past the queue. Again, that "but this other post did/didn't get approved" is not a valid excuse. Every post has to stand up on it's own merit, not by the merit of other works.

This post is clearly low quality to an extreme and has no place on a high quality repository.
