There's no way it's not Monster Hunter. The tasset in that style in addition to the rajang sleeves give it away, even if I'm not sure about the weapon.

The weapon is a great sword called the King Atilart Sword.

That spear looks like something that Pyramid Head would carry.

King Atilart? I thought that was a Diablo King Sword or something of its class.

It's the same weapon, but they have different names for different "versions". King Atillart Sword is the name of it's US release, while Diablos King Sword is, I think the name of the translated JP version.
