Our "sitting on thin air" tag is called invisible chair. Does it still count when there is no chair?
The term invisible chair just means that the position the person is in looks like he/she is sitting on a chair without the chair being present, so the term counts the most when there is no chair unless the danbooru term means there is a chair but it's invisible.
