If the picture didn't explicitly state that that's Koizumi I would have actually thought it was non genderswapped Mikuru.

No kidding. Hair colour is too red, and GS Koizumi would probably have her arms up ready to pull Kyonko closer :) And wouldn't look half as embarassed...
