    So the caption at the bottom says T. Ashida and T. Yoshimatsu. Ashida Toyoo was the character designer for Vifam, but Yoshimatsu Takahiro was only 18 or 19 years old, and new to the animation industry. Vifam would have been probably his first or second gig, and he was a lowly inbetween animator. I can't help but wonder what his role was in drawing this illustration and how he got the chance to work on it with Ashida.

    I think one of them done the children and other one done the old man in the background (something telling me that the background is by Yoshimatsu)
