There's colorish odd_one_out in grass- and fire- stater. Water stater are always all blue heh :3
Different shade, though; if you'll notice, all water starters to day have had most of their blue be sky-blue or robins-egg blue, with a few darker accents- whereas Popplio is predominantly navy with some robins-egg accents.
