I'd be pretty okay with it if it had a proper length skirt or pants honestly I like most of the design aside from that.

I'm in love with Bismarck in KanColle but the whole pantsless thing has put me off a bit. As you said a skirt would be perfect, bit even anything long. Just something almost akin to Prinz' skirt would be fine, as long as it was something.

The Bismark in KanColle is cute, while the Bismark of Warship Girls is cool imo.
