Possibly. We're on the border of the qualification for that tag ("breasts as big as, or larger than, the character's head") and her "support" actually does little to their size.

One breast doesn't really look bigger than the character's head...I remove it.

Honestly her breasts here and in the child images look to be about the size of her head. And I believe that falls under the huge breasts category?
