the only big 7 on his fleet, i guess its reasoneable? since kongo is too "cute" (read: annoying for reiji ) , and nagato armor is ok for intensive battle on reiji universe.

Reading through pixiv comments Suzuya is lvl 98, Sendai lvl 90, Shoukaku lvl 97, Nuinui lvl 83, Shiratsuyu lvl 81.
So he has only these six ships at 99? And three rings.
Two battleships (Nagato and Kongo) One carrier (Kaga) One Heavy Cruiser (Aoba) Two Destroyers (Hibiki and Inazuma)

Is there a logical version of this via the players as to who'd they ring if they had this option and didn't want to wait for someone else to reach 99?
Kaga is probably the one most logical to get ringed simply to cut costs. That is likely the case for Nagato and Kongo as wellm though I don't know how much improved Aoba or the destroyers would be heading into the 100s.
Inazuma is the starter ships (and NanoDeath, boss of funds, for this series)
Hibiki is nearly his craziest destroyer in terms of combat. Totally fine with his training methods.

Author's comment at the near bottom says there are 11 of them. Surely Suzuya's in, possibly Sendai too. (Another candidate is Tenryuu, but I doubt she'd make it anyway. And Akashi isn't a consideration.) By the way, those levels are shown in the doujinshi I linked in my original comment, that is between season 8 and 9. Of course they've progressed since then.
On one hand ring is limit-break. More fighting power, less resourses consumption. On the other - "provisional" marriage thing. Since it's actual military, it shouldn't even matter. And it's not like Inazuma need a ring to NanoDeath admiral.
It may end without fighting breaking out... But where's fun in that?
