I don't understand this thing with the bottle opener. What is it all about?

It's a reference to her saying "all dicks seriously need to die". Explained in one of the comics.

But how does the bottle-opener come in to all this? ^^;;

Actually she didn't say "all dicks serioysly need to die" that was the name of her party.
What she said was "once elected to office, I will pluck all of our citizens' dicks" and that is what she's gonna use the bottle opener for.

She certainly lacks some basic knowledge in certain area

"All dicks serioysly need to die" ("chinko to ka maji shine") is her catchphrase. That one comic just expanded it into a political party.

What is this from, dosn't look like an OS-tan?
