I would think so, not sure how a skeleton can bleed... unless it's Frisk's blood that got on Sans during the fight, I guess. If so then damn, Frisk is a hell of a determined *cough* sorry, too easy *cough cough* fighter if he lost that much blood and presumably more and still won.
