No joke, i added pregnancy_test as a filter because of this picture.
Then it was still there, and i took a look.
Now i feel silly... though then again, Iowa holding a pregnancy test might be just around the corner.

LOL, I was thinking right away a Shigure (Failed) Pregnancy Test picture, but it's a digital thermometer like so:

In the image, the Thermometer is reading 38.5 degrees Celsius. In Fahrenheit, that is 101.3 degrees, i.e. whoever that reading is for, they got a fever.
