Have been playing it for a while and I don't think it's that generic and pointless. The world and most of the characters are very interesting and creative and that's what I really like about it, but I'm not going to lie and say that a lot of it's potential is squandered due to the nature of it being a mobile game and the game's staff seems like it's run by a bunch of monkeys on keyboards at points. Especially since this year the game has been getting more and more lackluster in my opinion...
Also because it's a mobile game, there's obviously less actual discussion and more of the tiresome "I spent a million trillion dollars trying to get x...you got x in one roll? I hope you die in a fire! Oh that Cygames, always hating us! Haha, RNG joke! Memes!"
