She's dabbin. Dab is a new(ish) dance craze that's currently taking over the world. It started out in the Atlanta hip-hop scene (though, that gets disputed.) NFL player Cam Newton popularised the dance in the US when he performed it as a celebratory touchdown dance. Now everyone and their mothers are doing it. Just like the Whip, the Nae Nae and the Harlem shake (I'm still amazed the internet managed to dig this one out from 2001,) it's so wide spread that it's become irritating to many people.
That's why Remi got pissed and why Flan is going to be grounded for at least 400 years.
