    I'm not the flagger, but the face has cheeks that are unusually prominent/eyes higher up the head than is normal in anime sketches.

    Not that I think that's worth deletion, but I presume that's what the "peculiarities" are.

    it's not bad though and you can't always assume something has to follow "normal" anime standard. but then again there's no clear line what is "normal" in anime standard.
