AKATSUKINano Desu!
Inazuma's catch phrase. It means little on it's own but adds something like "...and that's why" to the meaning of anything that comes before it.
It's written right-to-left as most horizontal text was before the end of WWII, as it's technically written in the traditional vertical style, but each column is only one character high.
