Ehh..give it a steel or poison move and it will be fine.
Also, it has the Soundproof ability. So no Disarming Voice or Hyper Voice for the Pixilate version.

Garchomp salamence primal groudon without the sun up etc

Tell that to Dragonite, Tyrantar, Salamance, Garchomp. Heck, the majority of the psudo-legends have this similarity yet people use them. As long you hit hard, it won't matter.

Do you competitive battle at all? A 4X weakness is nothing as long as you aren't dumb and switch into the 4X type move.

If 4X weaknesses were a sign of a "bad" mon then no one would use Garchomp, for example. But nope, he's still pretty damn good.
