I'm not familiar with Marvel outside of the movies, some of the cartoons and some random bits and pieces but I assume those are magic. So either Thor Ragnarok, Strange 2 or Strange 3 at the earliest.

Well, the corpse of a celestial appeared in Guardians of the Galaxy; I expect they'll appear there first.
