yes, but the habit of "photoshopping" other peoples art is technically breaking copyright laws anyway, so why would some horny dude sitting at home shopping genitals onto PG pictures, give a dang about the Japanese censorship laws?

To make it appear like an original, obviously.

And/or to avoid having to do a proper shop.

I tend to get these from various hentai blogs. This one came from one I call Anicolle, since that's the domain name and I can't read Japanese.

It's quite possible that someone took an uncensored photoshop, and censored it so he could post it to his blog.

FYI, "anicolle" is short for "doujinshi and ero-anime collector", according to the banner on the site.
