Most kinds of photoshopping of a given image are frowned upon, although nude filters are named in particular. Plus, photoshops of existing images you make and upload yourself would also technically fall under "uploading your own work is sacrilege."
Also, few things are explicitly banned on Danbooru. Also, I wouldn't worry about asking whether such a ban was lifted or not until after a moderator actually approves the image, since if it gets deleted...
