This Good Orc could very well be the embodiment of tens of thousands of years of Orc evolution, where Orcs slowly became "good" after the fall of Sauron, the Last Dark Lord, and the infamous Lord of the Rings himself in Third Age.

After all....we are living in the "Sixth or Seventh Age" as Tolkien himself said.... Orcs that have survived the downfall of Mordor might very well have become better creatures that we are not fully aware of yet.
