Not really sure it was drawn after Kikyou proper, unlike the rest of images involving her. See, unlike Tenmu and Mitama, the drill-hair girl's identity have not been known at time of this picture's release (Nov 2016).

(Also, while I don't know if Hichou is the type to retroactively tag things back, I also happen to know she's deep into this series of Touhou fanworks, if being a Tenmu fan is anything. At present, the original pic in pixiv has no Kikyou-ish flag--the drill-hair girl is somehow flagged as 'Taira no Masakado' (which makes sense when you take a look at MPP Reimu/Okuu's good ending))
