Images like this are generally title cards for Echoes chapters. We have had trouble figuring out exactly where they go in the series, but they do belong in the pool.

afaik they are the titlepages for the ones not uploaded but printed instead, or something related, so theres nothing strange with them not seeming to belong anywhere

This is correct. I have yet to see any of the ones I have bought at events uploaded to Pixiv. Only the covers. If I remember, I will ask if they will ever be uploaded when I go to Winter Comiket.
