Unlikely, as Ryouga would rather hack off his own bits rather than stick them in Ranma. Unfortunately I can't even imagine this pairing as I've read/seen too much Ranma before discovering imageboards.

Ranma/Ryoga is the strongest crack pairing in the fandom. almost as strong as the ranma/akane ship.
