I can think of only one way to break Akitsu Maru's curse, but it involves not remembering New Year's by being a tad drunk.

Well, her usual would be a nice dream if you count the possibility of finding bodies for necrophilia (or raising the dead as zombies/jiangshi--please note that most mainland Chinese at least translate zombies to that form of animated corpse).
