Yes. Obviously, yes. He didn't notice it before because it's required for plot purposes that he not realize he's crushing on a boy right now.

Also in the category of selective obliviousness, he threw up when he saw the last girl get splattered across the pavement, but this guy getting punched to paste hardly bothered him at all to the point he completely forgets it happened right next to him because of a kiss.

Well, technically not all Savage Girls will be guys. As the rabbit explained earlier, both genders are fine but will end up becoming magical girls. So, the thought probably just crossed his mind now.
