Saitama would only ever just need 1 animation sequence. Easy fighting character design. Can blow the budget on all the other characters. You would get all kinds of awesome combos and finishing moves for them, each with their own super mega ultra combo. Saitama would just be a joke character at that point. Plus he'd prolly be banned at tournaments.

He'll be banned... You can not participate with a less than S-rank character except maybe Mumen Rider.
