The Cuirassier was always my favourite Napoleonic uniform; then I happily discovered it just followed on from the old Royal Army --- as appears here, with the royal fleur-de-lis on the turnbacks.

I think those are the Aurore facings [ regiments ] rather than the Yellow facings [ regiments ], but it's not conclusive.
